     Hello! I will be using this blog to record the creation of my magazine project for Media Studies AS. My choices and design process will be recorded in this space. I enjoy reading about history and cooking a variety of dishes.

    My magazine is about cooking. It covers a step-by-step guide in the preparation of ackee and saltfish with roast breadfruit. I chose my genre because I enjoy cooking. I chose the dish based on it originating from Jamaica, my home country. The magazine offers insight on how to avoid food wastage by properly storing and preparing ingredients.
